The Journey

For more than 25 years, I have worked across grassroots communities, agricultural cooperatives, the private sector, and national government to strengthen agrifood systems through innovation, finance, public–private partnerships, and institutional development. My professional journey began with farming communities before joining public service.

During the past 19 years in government, I have led initiatives in agrifood governance, agricultural economics, digital transformation, value chain development, and strategic policy design — transforming ideas into practical national programs by integrating technology, institutional innovation, and private-sector participation.
